From design to completion, Sussel makes your building experience enjoyable.
The process begins by meeting with one of Sussel's experienced Sales Consultants at your home. They will listen very intently to understand exactly what it is you are looking for in your new room addition. They are also there to provide highly creative design suggestions as well.
After your Sales Consultant has gathered all of your specific design requirements, they will go back to the Sussel offices and put together your free estimate. (Generally takes one to two weeks).
Once your estimate is accepted, your room addition order is processed and Sussel's staff of seasoned processionals get to work finalizing the plan design, obtaining financing approval (when applicable), and applying for the building permit.
Once the building permit is obtained, an excavator is scheduled to start any removals and/or excavating necessary for the preparation of the foundation work.
After the site is prepared, the concrete professionals begin the foundation work. Once the concrete has been properly cured, the high quality framing and roofing materials are delivered.
Our experienced carpentry crews go to work framing your new room addition.
Roofing is completed and the framing inspection is conducted.
Siding is installed.
Any required mechanicals are then installed (plumbing, heating, and electrical). Mechanical inspections are then scheduled.
Drywall is installed and taped.
Interior finish work is completed. This includes and mechanical finish work, painting, trim work, and flooring installation.
After final inspection it's time to move in and start enjoying your beautiful new Sussel room addition!
