            Many exterior designers and siding installers overlook the importance of proper surface preparation.  We here at Sussel understand that there are no shortcuts to a beautiful and long-lasting exterior for your home.  Once your old siding is removed, we carefully inspect your home’s underlayment to determine if any repairs are necessary.  Any loose boards or nails are secured to prevent denting and creasing.  Up to one square of rotted wood will be replaced free of charge where necessary (additional rotted wood replaced at a nominal fee)

            Once your home has been prepared, our professional and courteous installers arrive to install the flashing, house wrap, and siding.  All materials are professionally installed according to the manufacturers’ specifications.  Rest assured, your new siding will not only provide lasting beauty, but will protect your home for many years to come.
