Levels of Completion

Three Levels of Completion to Choose From:

Only with Sussel do you get to decide how much you wish to participate in the building of your home.

Choose from one of the following completion levels. Or feel free to customize your own level of participation. We understand that many of our customers bring with them varying resources and abilities. Just ask your Sales Consultant. We’re flexible!

Near-Bilt Plan: Our most basic and affordable interior completion level.

• Sussel will frame up your home on your lot or foundation.
• Install all siding, roofing, windows, and exterior doors.
• Install complete plumbing and heating systems and rough-in electrical
• Ceiling insulation with R-44 blown insulation
• All finish materials including wall insulation, sheetrock, cabinets, countertops, oak trim and doors, carpeting and vinyl flooring are delivered to the building site.

Near-Bilt Plus Plan: Everything the Near-Bilt Plan has to offer, PLUS:

• Sussel installs all wall insulation
• Sussel hangs and tapes all sheetrock and all ceilings are texture sprayed

All-Bilt Plan: Everything the Near-Bilt Plus Plan has to offer, PLUS:

• Sussel installs the foundation
• Sussel will install all cabinets
• Sussel will complete electrical finish work and install all light fixtures
• Finish and install oak trim and doors
• Install carpeting and vinyl flooring
• Install mirrors and shower doors
• Paint interior

Sussel provides a cash allowance fund for the following items: lot purchase, foundation, permits, utility hook-ups, lighting fixtures, driveway, and landscaping needs.
