Planning Phase

• Complete Home Order Contract
• Conduct plan review / make final adjustments
• Conduct site survey
• Obtain building permit

Site Preparation Phase

• Excavation

Framing Phase

• Frame Home
• Install Sheathing

• Install Roofing
• Install Siding / Soffit & Fascia

Mechanicals Phase

• Utility Hook-up (water, electric, gas)
• Install Plumbing Rough-in

Finishing Phase
